The cradles can accommodate up to a 2-inch frame tube and the rack offers a carry capacity of up to 35 pounds per bike. To better position the bikes to the center of the vehicle, the rack can be mounted on center mount spare tires or on side mounted spare tires. The XP Spare Tire Mount Rack fits all applications with the exception of the Toyota Rav4 2006/2007. An additional backing plate (sold separately) is required for use with the Toyota Rav4.
